For lovers of discovery and ancient history, Central-West Tunisia offers an exceptional circuit among the major archaeological sites in North Africa. A circuit that cuts through mountainous and diverse regions that are mainly rural but which managed to keep customs inherited from a long semi-nomadic tradition alive, far from the usual tourist beaches and landscapes.
