The lake Ichkeul, classified national park and the new dam lake of sidi barrak, very used by water bird in movement between Ichkeul national park and the very known wetland in north Africa in Algeria the El Kala lake and registered as part of the UNESCO's world patrimony. Lots of water birds are living in the swamps. Buffalo and jackals can be seen there together with the characteristic vegetal successions, marking the evolution from swamp to mountain. This walk between the muddy tracks of the swamp and the sharp path of the mountain will allow you to discover the richness of the park. If you are lucky and silent you'll be able to see the otter, the eagles and the bats living in that region.
